Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires.
How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at customer.service@scentmentstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Candles that have been burned
- Soaps that have been used or unwrapped
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at customer.service@scentmentstore.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
