1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scentment online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or region.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By completing a purchase, you make a binding offer to buy the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty & Liability Our products comply with applicable EU standards. We are liable for defective goods in accordance with Austrian and EU consumer law. Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
